Presentation Designer

Synergy Interactive is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Presentation Designer with a strong creative agency background to design impactful, visually engaging presentation decks that elevate brand messaging. This role demands a balance of creative vision, precise execution, and brand alignment, with a focus on delivering presentations that effectively tell a story and inspire audiences.

The Presentation Designer will be responsible for creating high-impact decks for various audiences including investors, executives, and strategic partners. You will collaborate closely with creative, brand, marketing, and leadership teams to translate complex concepts into clear, visually compelling narratives. The role covers the full design process—from concept to delivery—while applying expert-level PowerPoint skills, incorporating motion graphics, animations, and media integration. You will also maintain scalable design systems and templates to ensure brand consistency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually stunning, narrative-driven presentations for internal and external audiences.

• Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual formats.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and design.

• Utilize advanced PowerPoint capabilities, including animation and multimedia integration.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of visual or graphic design experience in a creative agency environment.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation design.

• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint; strong knowledge of Keynote, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

• Expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to simplify and visually articulate complex ideas.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
