PGIM, the global investment management business of Prudential Financial, is seeking a Senior Product Pricing Analyst to join its Product Strategy & Development team. Lead strategic pricing discussions with PGIM executive and senior management teams.
Develop, enhance, and maintain pricing frameworks for separate accounts and pooled vehicles such as UCITS, SICAV, QIF, FCP, and 40 Act funds.
Analyze investment performance data, market trends, and pricing models to support data-driven decision-making and revenue optimization.
Oversee the preparation of pricing proposals and performance reports for clients and internal presentations.
Collaborate with the Legal, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and contract execution.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation within pricing and performance analytics workflows.
Lead special projects, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to cross-departmental initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA or advanced degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Strategy, Pricing, or Product Development within the asset management industry.
Strong understanding of investment products including Fixed Income, Private Credit, Real Estate, and Quantitative Equities.
In-depth knowledge of global fund structures and regulatory environments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical, quantitative, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Proven ability to mentor or lead junior team members.

Competitive base salary ($100,000–$115,000 annually) plus annual incentive bonus.
