The Product Development Manager will lead the development and launch of new manufacturing solutions and optimize current product lines. Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead product development initiatives from initial concept through commercialization.

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to align product designs with business goals.

• Research new technologies, materials, and market trends to uncover innovative opportunities.

• Create comprehensive product specifications, designs, and testing plans.

• Manage testing, validation, and pilot production to verify product performance and regulatory compliance.

• Drive continuous improvement in both product and process development.

• Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior development staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.

• At least 7 years of experience in product development or R&D in a manufacturing setting.

• Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.

• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and materials science.

• Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies.
