Description:
Mitel is looking for a senior Product Marketing leader to own the go-to-market story for our full Americas portfolio — MiVoice Business, Mitel WX, Mitel CX, and our vertical solutions. Rather than managing a single product, you'll be responsible for the connective narrative across UC, collaboration, contact center, and industry solutions — aligning sales, partners, press, analysts, and customers around one coherent story. You'll drive Americas positioning, messaging, and launch strategy, and serve as a public-facing spokesperson for the portfolio at major industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Americas positioning and messaging across the full Mitel portfolio, translating a multi-product technology stack into one buyer-relevant story for executive audiences
- Serve as the portfolio's lead public evangelist — delivering keynotes and briefings to press, analysts, partners, and customers at major industry events
- Own end-to-end Americas go-to-market planning and sequencing across multiple concurrent product and vertical launches, ensuring the portfolio tells one consistent story rather than competing announcements
- Develop regional launch strategy, audience segmentation, channel approach, and success metrics in partnership with global product marketing owners
- Build and manage integrated Americas launch plans across Product, Engineering, Sales, Channel, Enablement, and Regional Marketing
- Lead end-to-end Americas go-to-market planning and launch sequencing across concurrent product and vertical launches
- Act as the senior bridge between global Product Management, Product Marketing, and Americas Sales leadership, and mentor product- and vertical-level marketing managers
- Track the Americas competitive landscape and market trends, feeding customer, partner, and analyst insight back into portfolio positioning and global strategy
- Contribute portfolio-wide market and competitive insight to Americas pricing, packaging, and bundling decisions
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in product marketing, portfolio marketing, or GTM leadership, ideally spanning UC, collaboration, and contact center/CX
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with proven big-stage presentation and public-speaking experience
- Track record owning multi-product or portfolio-wide positioning and messaging, and leading complex, concurrent product launches
- Experience as a public-facing evangelist or spokesperson, comfortable with press, analyst, and executive engagements
- Strong cross-functional leadership — able to align Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority
- Strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize market and competitive data into regional strategy while staying hands-on with execution
