Day-to-Day
- Defend attorneys, accountants, architects and engineers in malpractice and disciplinary proceedings
- Draft pleadings, expert affidavits and dispositive motions in New York state and federal courts
- Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, insured professionals and expert witnesses
- Argue discovery, substantive and Daubert/Frye motions in court
- First- or second-chair trials and evidentiary hearings in high-exposure professional liability matters
