Program Manager

Description:

Fiserv, a global leader in financial technology and payment solutions, is seeking a Program Manager to join its team in Berkeley Heights, NJ. This is a full-time role offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a company that moves money and information securely and reliably across the world.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing high-impact strategic programs and initiatives across various Fiserv divisions and cross-functional teams. You will work directly with senior leadership to drive initiatives, mitigate risks, solve complex problems, and ensure the seamless delivery of business and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute assigned programs and strategic initiatives across Fiserv’s FIG Tech teams and broader divisions.

• Define and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to evaluate progress and drive transformation efforts.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to maintain regular cadence for initiatives and optimize delivery using the Delivery Optimization Model (DOM).

• Prepare and present program updates and reports to the Leadership Team, maintaining visibility and alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in project or program management within a related industry.

• At least 4 years of direct experience in managing product delivery to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead cross-functional teams, and manage executive-level stakeholder expectations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $96,200 to $164,900 annually (monthly: approx. $8,017 to $13,741).

• Eligible for annual incentive opportunities, including bonuses and potential equity awards.

• The compensation applies to New Jersey, New York, and California; other states may have different ranges.
