Project Manager

Description:

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Projects typically range from $10M to $50M. The role requires strong construction management skills, leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress against plans.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.

• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and management.

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, plans, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly with ground-up projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and OSHA standards.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with design-build processes and project management software.
