We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain expertise to lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Success Factors:

Lead end-to-end delivery of P&C insurance technology programs.
Drive project governance, planning, execution, and delivery.
Manage client relationships and senior-level stakeholders.
Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure predictable delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
Coordinate complex multi-team and multi-vendor environments.
Maintain strong ownership, accountability, and execution discipline.

🔹 Required Experience & Skills:

12–15 years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of project/program management experience in the P&C Insurance domain.
Proven experience delivering insurance technology implementation, modernization, enhancement, or transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management and delivery governance experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work onsite in Iselin, NJ or Manhattan, NY, 3 days per week from Day 1.
