Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective property-level accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable (AP) review, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Oversee a portfolio of real estate properties, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.

• Collaborate with Property Managers to address inquiries regarding charges, invoice coding, and financial reporting.

• Prepare month-end reporting packages, ensuring all documentation aligns with corporate accounting standards.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting systems and financial processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate property-level accounting.

• Proficiency in Yardi or MRI software is strongly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
