Cnergy Property Management LLC, a rapidly expanding property management firm, is hiring a Licensed Property Manager (CAM) to serve communities in Miami-Dade County, FL. As a trusted leader in HOA and condominium management across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, Cnergy is committed to delivering high-quality service, transparency, and client satisfaction.
This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for proactive and organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working closely with communities to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations for assigned HOA and condominium communities
Coordinate maintenance, vendor services, and property inspections
Oversee rule enforcement and violation processes
Prepare and manage community budgets and financial reports
Lead and attend board meetings; draft agendas and minutes
Ensure compliance with Florida Statutes and association governing documents
Respond promptly and professionally to owner/resident inquiries
Supervise on-site staff where applicable
Job Requirements:
Valid Florida CAM license (Community Association Manager) – required
At least 2 years of property management experience
Solid understanding of Florida HOA and condominium law
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in property management software (AppFolio, TOPS, or CINC)
Must have reliable transportation and availability to travel within Miami-Dade County
