Position: Python Lead
📍 Location: Hybrid – Chicago, IL
📅 Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Long-term)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead & manage a team of developers in designing scalable Python applications
✅ Develop responsive web applications using React
✅ Implement & optimize ElasticSearch for efficient data retrieval
✅ Mentor & guide developers while ensuring code quality & best practices
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define & deliver technical solutions
✅ Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues for smooth project execution
✅ Stay updated with industry trends & latest technologies

🔹 Required Qualifications:
✔ 10-15 years of experience in Python backend development
✔ Strong hands-on experience in React & ElasticSearch
✔ Proven team leadership & mentorship skills
✔ Experience in Agile methodologies & project management tools
✔ Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

🔹 Preferred Skills:
💡 Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
💡 Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes
💡 Proficiency in additional programming languages & frameworks
