Description:
This is a rare opportunity to build, lead, and optimise a brand-new delivery function based in Colombia, supporting our expanding client base across the life sciences sector. You’ll be the operational backbone that ensures our US teams can scale quickly, efficiently, and with real excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and mentor our new Colombian delivery team of 3, ensuring quality, pace, and alignment with US market expectations
- Drive best-in-class delivery across contract and permanent roles within technology, biotech, pharma, medical devices, and diagnostics
- Work closely with our US leadership teams to prioritise workstreams and support revenue growth
- Implement processes, tools, and delivery frameworks that boost efficiency and consistency
- Act as a cultural bridge between US offices and the Colombia team, building cohesion, communication, and collaboration
- Help define what “exceptional delivery” looks like across a rapidly growing international function
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing high-performing delivery or resourcing teams (ideally in life sciences or technical markets)
- Strong leadership style - able to inspire, develop, and get the best out of remote teams
- Process-driven mindset with a passion for quality and operational excellence
- US recruitment experience across contract, perm, or both
- Someone who thrives in a scaling environment and wants to build something from the ground up
