Registered Dental Assistant

Description:

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Madison, WI. In this vital role, you will become an essential member of our clinical team, working closely with General Practitioners (GPs) and Specialty Clinicians. Your contribution will help enhance patients' oral health, provide guidance throughout their treatment journey, and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience.

You will be responsible for assisting in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks, including preparing patients and treatment rooms for procedures, educating patients on proper oral hygiene strategies, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the dental practice. Your role will play a key part in improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and creating better smiles every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures.

• Assist clinicians during treatments and procedures.

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene strategies to improve dental health.

• Greet, guide, and assist patients across the practice as needed.

• Support various practice operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.

Qualifications:

• CPR certification required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $19 – $22 per hour (approximately $3,293 – $3,811 per month).
