The selected candidates will advise top-tier alternative asset managers on the structuring, launch, and management of Business Development Companies (BDCs) and other investment vehicles, including registered funds, ETFs, mutual funds, and op-co structures. Ideal candidates should bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in registered investment funds
