Description:

MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF RELIABLE EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to our standards
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
  • Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition, and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures
  • Oversee and implement Training Processes
  • Train and supervise staff in all aspects of food handling, preparation, and customer service.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs using established methods to support goals for the restaurant.
  • Make employment and termination decisions including interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining restaurant personnel as appropriate.
  • Conduct cash audits by counting cash register drawers, counting money, and certificates in the safe and verifying accurate recording.
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
  • Control profit & loss managment and labor cost.
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • -Proficiency in communicating (verbally and in writing) in English required
  • -Ability to lead teams
  • - Experience managing 10+ employees per shift
  • - Experience as a manager in fine dining restaurants
  • - Experience in a high volume enviromet required
  • -Previous experience as a Restaurant manager for 3 years.
  • - Ability to work under pressure
  • - Fluent in English and Spanish
  • -Location: Wynwood
