iMobile, a national wireless preferred retailer with over 200 stores across the U.S., is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its Waynesboro, PA location. The Retail Sales Associate will work as part of a dynamic retail team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building loyalty and educating customers on products and services. This role involves hands-on demonstrations, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, and providing personalized solutions, including device plans and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional in-store customer service and support

• Assist customers in navigating purchases, online orders, and account setup

• Demonstrate and recommend devices, services, and IoT products

• Use digital tools to enhance customer interactions

• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with team members

• Complete in-store training on processes, systems, and products

• Identify small business leads and support sales growth

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs

• Reliable transportation

• Strong desire to learn and develop retail sales skills

• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
