Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engages with customers in a positive, service-oriented manner
- Provide customers with merchandise recommendations that are tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Executes checkout procedures, including; totaling merchandise, accepting payment types, and bagging merchandise
- Stocks shelves, counters, and tables with merchandise
- Stamps, marks, or tags prices on merchandise
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment; performs job safely
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- A minimum of 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Must be able to work weekends
- Cash handling experience and strong math skills are required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented demeanor
