We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Leader to provide full operational leadership for the Med/Surg department at one of two small critical-access hospital campuses.
About The Role
- Direct leadership of Med/Surg unit at your assigned campus (17–18 bed hospitals)
- Responsible for staffing, workflows, quality, and team performance
- Hands-on leadership style with occasional bedside support as needed (call-offs, coverage gaps)
- Close collaboration with the other campus and Chief Nursing Officer

Requirements
- ASN Required
- Active RN license (Iowa or eligible)
- 3+ years of nursing leadership, supervisor, charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong communicator and team-oriented leader
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, AVADE (or obtain within 6 months)
