OBJECTIVES

• Travel to residential clients' homes to conduct assessments of roofing conditions and identify specific needs.
• Develop and present tailored proposals that offer optimal solutions for roofing repair, replacement, or rejuvenation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate contract terms and prices, ensuring transparency and fairness in all dealings.
• Utilize strong product knowledge and sales tactics to educate clients about our services and their benefits.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth execution of services post-sale.
• Meet or exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in home sales, preferable in roofing or home improvement industry
• Strong ability to engage and persuade clients
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• High level of motivation and discipline to work independently
• Familiarity to with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft office
• Valid driver’s license

• Prolonged periods sitting in a car or in a home
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
