Description:
The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for selling and promoting services to pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). The role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and CRO sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Client Management
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in clinical trial logistics or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
