Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. As a Sales Lead, you will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, ensuring the store runs smoothly, looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated. You’ll also have the opportunity to step into the Manager role when needed, guiding your team with support from store leaders. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, engage with them to understand their needs, and support their shopping experiences.

• Share knowledge of products and services to inspire and outfit customers.

• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company’s selling model.

• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans and assess schedules to maximize productivity.

• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.

• Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.

• Support onboarding and training of new associates when needed.

• Adhere to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of retail experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Passion for styling and working with people.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

• Proficiency with technology, including the ability to operate store systems.
