We’re looking for a Lead to join our Business Insights & Reporting team! As part of our Sales Operations team, you will work to build data pipelines and create semantic data models that will power insights for sales and sales operations leadership. Working from our LA or Seattle office, you will collaborate closely with other functions like Data Engineering, CRM Technology, and Revenue Strategy to deliver projects that will help build a deeper understanding of Snap’s business through scalable data engineering and reporting

What you'll do:

  • Build scalable reporting infrastructure, including data sets, queries and dashboards that enable Sales Leadership to understand the business through metrics like revenue attainment, revenue forecast, coverage, retention and sales productivity

  • Write accurate and stable code for building data pipelines and semantic data models

  • Contribute to the architecture and construction of our Business Intelligence platform from both a technical standpoint and a user experience perspective

  • Deliver on ad hoc analyses prompted by questions from business reviews

  • Actively contribute to development, production, automation and continuous improvement of content that meets the needs of our operating rhythm, including weekly business reviews focused on input metrics

  • Collaborate with CRM Technology and Data Engineering on the collection and organization of key data

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Direct experience with advanced data analysis, SQL, statistical methods, modeling and visualization platforms like Tableau CRM, Looker, Grafana, etc.

  • Familiarity working with data pipelines and creating semantic data models in tools like Looker to provide information in a scalable/automated way

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Engineering and Technology teams to discover (or build) the right data sources and leverage them for business insights

  • Proven ability to triage business requirements and translate them into a roadmap with clear milestones and timelines

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex projects to non-technical stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working in an analytical role within a business context, including fields like Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, Investment Banking, Business Analytics or a related field
