Description:

Mad City Windows & Baths, a division of Renuity, is seeking dynamic, outgoing entry-level sales professionals to join its growing team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering guaranteed hourly base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.

As a Sales Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners through neighborhood outreach, introduce our home remodeling services, and schedule in-home product demonstrations. No selling is required—just initiating conversations and creating awareness. This role serves as a valuable entry point into sales or management, with fast-track career progression available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct, in-person outreach to local homeowners in targeted neighborhoods.

• Introduce remodeling services and current offers in a friendly and approachable manner.

• Schedule free in-home product demonstrations—you won’t be required to close sales.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Mad City and Renuity, maintaining professionalism and positivity.

• Use the role as a launchpad into a long-term career in sales or management.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped bonuses.

• First-year earnings typically range from $55,000 to $75,000.

• Top earners make $85,000+ per year.

• Sign-on bonus up to $3,000.

• PTO available starting Day 1.

• Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• Consistent schedule: Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 9 PM shifts.

Key Requirements:

• No previous experience required—comprehensive training is provided.

• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.

• Self-motivated and outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people.

• Desire to grow and learn sales/marketing strategies.

• Must be available to work afternoon and evening shifts.
