Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor supports the store manager by learning all store management aspects and helping lead the team to achieve sales, profit, and customer service goals. This leadership role ensures exceptional customer service, adherence to brand presentation standards, and protects company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve high sales performance and results.

• Assist store manager in training and managing employees to maximize sales.

• Assign employee tasks and help schedule work hours according to payroll matrix.

• Ensure compliance with company communications and visual merchandising standards.

• Coordinate merchandise restocking and product flow from warehouse to sales floor.

• Oversee staff compliance with company policies and standards.

• Perform additional duties assigned by the store manager.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years retail experience in a specialized environment.

• At least 1 year retail management experience.

• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, store opening and closing.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to train staff and support professional development.

• Ability to stand most of the day and move around store and warehouse.

• Ability to lift and maneuver merchandise up to 40 lbs.

• Physical stamina for repetitive movements (bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching, and using a stepladder).

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
