🔍 What We're Looking For:
Proven experience growing consumer-facing products, ideally in Crypto, Fintech, or Web3.
Strong track record of independently designing, executing, and measuring end-to-end growth experiments.
Experience owning the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track funnels, evaluate performance, and translate data into actionable decisions.
Experience with organic growth channels, KOLs, influencers, communities, referrals, or social selling through X and Telegram.
Understanding of referral economics, incentive programs, and strategies to drive sustainable user engagement.
Genuine familiarity with onchain trading and the DeFi ecosystem.
Highly autonomous, hands-on, and comfortable operating with minimal direction.

Drive retail trader acquisition and increase active trading volume.
Develop and execute growth experiments across inbound, outbound, referral, and incentive channels.
Build partnerships with KOLs, creators, and trading communities.
Optimize onboarding, activation, and user migration funnels.
Develop growth loops that turn active traders into long-term users and advocates.
Own retention initiatives and measure the quality of acquired users through trading activity.
Identify opportunities, build execution playbooks, analyze results, and scale what works.
