We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and CRM business processes. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring development teams, driving solution design, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications. Responsibilities

  • Lead solution architecture and technical design for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, system designs, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement Salesforce data models, security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, Apex triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages.
  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Products, Price Books, and Quoting.
  • Configure and optimize Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Entitlements, Service Console, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel routing.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JWT authentication, GraphQL, Kafka, ESB, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage deployments and CI/CD processes using tools such as Copado, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards related to security, performance, governance, and data quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while optimizing application performance and scalability.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
  • Experience designing and developing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JWT authentication, and GraphQL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security models, sharing rules, and governor limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SOQL optimization, bulkification techniques, and performance tuning.
