Description:
Provides expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP’s SAP requirements and design. Applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Designs and configures business processes in SAP MM to to meet customer requirements.
Required Skills:
- 10 or more years of SAP experience
- Subject Matter Expert experience in designing/configuring business processes in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) module
- Ability to translate business process and requirements into system solutions
- Demonstrated ability in the application of functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business resolution of functional and technical integration issues across SAP Modules
- Bachelor's degree in a recognized technical engineering scientific managerial business or other discipline related to area of expertise.
- An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
- Must have Active Secret Clearance or able to clear DOD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Skills:-
- Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
- Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
- Federal Experience
- Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
- Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
- Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, test (functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting the SAP SD module
- SAP SD Reimbursement process experience
- Experience and knowledge of SD integration points with FI/CO/FM/PS modules and across other SAP modules
