Technical Expertise

· 15+ years SAP FICO experience with deep hands-on configuration.

· Strong expertise in at least three of the following:

o New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers

o FSCM (Credit, Collections, Dispute)

o Asset Accounting (including S/4HANA Universal Asset Management)

o Product Costing & Material Ledger

o COPA

o Group Reporting, RAR, and MBC

· Solid understanding of integration with SAP SD/MM/PP/PS modules.

· Experience with S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and Central Finance is highly desirable.

Business & Functional Skills

· Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes:

o Record-to-Report (R2R)

o Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

o Order-to-Cash (O2C)

o Cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting

· Ability to translate business needs into system design with minimal supervision.

Soft Skills

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

· Ability to influence decisions across business and IT.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Leadership experience in cross-functional and global projects.
