Description:

YASH Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP HR ABAP Consultant to join their remote team, with occasional travel to Montgomery, AL. This role is specifically for W2 candidates and focuses on SAP ABAP development for HR modules, including OData and FIORI integration. The consultant will play a critical role in end-to-end SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP solutions for HR modules.

• Work with SAP OData and FIORI technologies for seamless integration.

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP implementation projects (minimum 3 completed).

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Travel as needed based on business requirements.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP ABAP experience.

• Hands-on experience with SAP OData, FIORI, and HR ABAP.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proven experience in at least 3 full SAP implementation projects.
