As an SAP Project Systems S/4 HANA Lead, you will be responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance to a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. You will play a critical role in enhancing the technical capabilities of the team, conducting code reviews, ensuring process compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders on defining project scope and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their skills and productivity.

• Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish quality assurance processes, and ensure performance optimization and implementation of best practices and coding standards.

• Process Compliance: Ensure compliance with project processes and participate in technical discussions as a consultant for feasibility studies, technical alternatives, and architectural best practices.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and submit status reports to minimize exposure and manage escalations.

Additional Skills & Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP PS Project Systems experience, with a strong focus on S4 HANA or S4 HANA Cloud.

• Extensive experience configuring and maintaining complex project structures and settlement rules.

• Proven experience integrating Project Systems with Fixed Assets and Purchasing MM.

• Ability to design custom reports to meet project reporting requirements.

• Experience integrating Project Systems with Investment Management and supporting investment program hierarchies and complex investment programs.

• Strong understanding of data migration (master and transactional data) from legacy systems.

• Experience with mid-year go-live for Project Systems.

• Familiarity with Media Industry Content Accounting is a plus.

• Ability to prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.

• Coordinate with the technical team to develop new customer requirements and create user manuals with the necessary master data.

Compensation & Benefits:
