US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Consultant to join a dynamic team based in Atlanta, GA. This 12-month contract (with possible extension) offers an exciting opportunity to shape HR technology solutions that enhance efficiency and streamline business processes.

The consultant will collaborate with HR Innovation & Experience teams to support a roadmap of Talent-focused initiatives. Responsibilities include mentoring business partners, driving technical solutions across HR systems, ensuring system compliance, resolving issues, conducting audits, developing product roadmaps, and enhancing user experiences.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality in SAP SuccessFactors modules and Talent systems. The consultant will also be responsible for troubleshooting, report generation, system audits, and acting as a subject matter expert on various onboarding and performance platforms.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
