Bilfinger Salamis, Inc., a leading international industrial services provider with over a century of experience and operations in 40 U.S. states, is seeking Scaffold Helpers for its Lafayette, Indiana project site. This role involves assisting in scaffold assembly, maintenance, and dismantling across various industrial facilities, including petrochemical, oil & gas, and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities include lifting and transporting heavy materials (up to 75 lbs), climbing scaffolds, working at varying heights, and following safety protocols. Candidates must possess physical endurance, the ability to take and follow directions, and a willingness to perform physically demanding tasks such as kneeling, stooping, crouching, and crawling. Basic tools are required for the role.
