Jostens, a leader in student and milestone commemoration for over 125 years, is hiring seasonal Part-Time School Photographers in the Fort Collins, CO area for the upcoming school photo season beginning July 15, 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about capturing special moments, enjoy working with children, and thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.

No photography experience is necessary — Jostens provides comprehensive paid training and offers the opportunity to work flexible hours throughout the fall season. You’ll be working on-site at local schools, traveling in your own vehicle, and using Jostens-provided professional photography equipment to deliver high-quality photo memories to students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to local schools to photograph students and staff during picture day events.

• Set up and tear down photography equipment at different school sites.

• Use proprietary photography software to manage and organize image data.

• Create a fun and engaging photo experience for students, helping them feel comfortable and confident.

• Represent Jostens with professionalism and enthusiasm while interacting with school staff, students, and families.

• Occasionally travel for overnight assignments (hotel and per diem paid).

• Maintain and store photography gear securely in your home.

What Jostens Offers:

• Hourly Pay: $21–23/hour, with opportunities for overtime and increased pay as a Photo Team Lead.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

• Must live in or near Fort Collins, CO, with a valid U.S. driver’s license and insured personal vehicle (public transportation not permitted).

• Comfortable with early morning starts (as early as 4 AM) and occasional long hours.

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of camera equipment.

• Friendly, positive personality, especially around children.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Comfortable working on computers and learning new software.

• Reliable access to a cellphone and internet connection.

• Must meet any applicable local/state school requirements such as fingerprinting or TB screening.
