Securities Services Operations Associate

Description:

This position assists clients with any questions and issues they may face while creating an unparalleled client experience. You will analyze reports, process transactions, apply income or incoming payments, or initiate outgoing cash payments. You are also cross-trained amongst other team members responsibilities for backup when needed. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs. The Trust Operations team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. Associates are supported and encouraged to work with their manager to develop roadmaps for opportunities within Operations and beyond.
