Senior Account Manager

Description:

ChemTreat, a leading science and technology innovator specializing in industrial water treatment solutions, is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to join their team in Midland, TX. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth, increase sales, and enhance profit margins within your assigned territory.

The position involves managing and growing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting on-site water analysis, applying advanced problem-solving techniques to recommend suitable chemical solutions, and providing detailed reports to customers and internal teams. Daily travel within your territory by car is required.

You will work with industrial facilities such as boiler plants, refineries, and manufacturing plants, ensuring operational efficiency, equipment protection, and environmental compliance. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and ChemTreat teams.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial water treatment

• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

• Strong technical expertise in water analysis and chemical applications

• Must reside in or relocate to Midland, TX by the start date
