Senior Accounting Manager

Description:

They are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager based in East Brunswick, NJ (hybrid: 3 days in office) to lead and develop a team of accounting professionals. Reporting to the VP Controller, this role involves managing 4-5 direct reports, including other accounting managers, and overseeing a department of 40-50 individuals.

Key qualifications:

• CPA required with 8-12 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Proven experience managing teams of 5+ accountants in leadership roles.
• Expertise in financial reporting, audits, and the monthly close process.
