Senior Accounting Specialist

• Take ownership for Accounts Payable in a fast paced environment with over 100 invoices per week crossing your radar, as you interact with vendors, code invoices to the GL and cut checks
• Handle Accounts Receivable including cash application, client billing and soft collections (emailing customers to remind them if an invoice is past due)
• Help out with office duties including opening the mail, backing up on the phones and whatever else is needed in this company void of egos where everyone pitches in and helps out without worrying who gets the credit
