Senior Accounts Payable

Description:

This is a brand newly created position for a high growth technology/education company that is on track to do $300M in revenue this year and growing by about 30% YoY! This role will start out as an AP Senior and quickly have the opportunity to advance, get promoted, and get an early raise and increase rapidly! The culture is an A++ of very intelligent, humble, and well-spoken individuals of roughly 6 people in the accounting department!

The role will include:

• Accurately manages full-cycle AP (invoices, expenses), including Concur integration and vendor payments & maintenance
• Ensures timely processing of expenses and corporate card reconciliations
• Supports monthly close with accurate reconciliations and documentation
• Actively identifies and implements process improvements (e.g. merging 2 companies into 1 set of processes)
• Drive system transformation / implementation of Certinia/Concur and processes/automations associated with new integrations.
