Description:

Publicis Collective, a future-focused agency under Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Analyst to play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting a data-driven software platform. The candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, leading multiple projects, building scalable data solutions, and supporting end-to-end data workflows to power smarter business decisions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical abilities in Python, SQL, and ETL processes, alongside a problem-solving mindset and the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure. As a member of Publicis Collective’s tech-forward and collaborative team, the candidate will contribute to innovations that redefine marketing and media strategies for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions by identifying gaps and providing strategic input.

  • Develop and maintain database processes including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and ETL packages.

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using Python and integrate it from multiple data sources.

  • Design and implement monitoring tools and quality checks to ensure data integrity.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve database or platform issues, identify root causes, and deploy optimal fixes.

  • Work with large, complex datasets and apply advanced data modeling techniques.

  • Support deployment processes, testing, and documentation of all development phases.

  • Manage multiple ongoing projects, while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless technology and data solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Python and SQL-based ETL workflows.

  • Proficiency with SQL including stored procedures and functions.

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda) or Databricks.

  • Experience handling large-scale data operations and performance tuning.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience with marketing and digital media data.

  • Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Understanding of APIs and integrating with third-party systems.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Pandas, R, or Alteryx.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems).

  • Compensation Range: $72,390 – $95,200 annually (equivalent to $6032 – $7933/month).
