The Senior Appellate Attorney will play a pivotal role in shaping litigation and appellate strategy across a variety of high-stakes cases. The position requires leading matters in both federal and state trial and appellate courts, overseeing the litigation process from pleadings through appeals, drafting and arguing complex motions, and representing clients in hearings and appellate arguments.

In addition to case leadership, the attorney will supervise junior lawyers, paralegals, and support staff, ensuring the highest standards of legal practice and client service. This is an opportunity for a seasoned attorney who thrives in a collaborative yet independent environment and is comfortable managing a national docket.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic direction on complex litigation and appeals.

• Serving as lead appellate counsel in federal and state courts.

• Managing all litigation phases including discovery, motion practice, negotiation, trial, and appeal.

• Drafting and presenting compelling motions and appellate briefs.

• Mentoring and supervising junior attorneys and staff.

• Ensuring timely case progress, compliance, and client satisfaction.

• Engaging in effective communication with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.
