HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Project Engagement: The Senior Application Developer, defines the solution building activities and identifies the end-to-end solution integrations, working with cross-functional teams to deliver the project and programs.
• Project Build and Delivery: You will build, develop and deliver initiative solutions by working with external vendors, consultants, and your hands-on development skills. You will be responsible for project planning, solution delivery, and providing accurate time estimations. You will ensure projects are completed on time, to spec, and in the budget through using architectural and program management gathering criteria.

Cross-Functional Partnering: You will be working with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Business Relationship Managers & Subject Matter Experts to deliver on business applications. You will use Kellogg tools and methods to ensure all deliverables are completed satisfactorily through the coordination of robust testing activity.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelor's Degree with extensive related experience
• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
• Experience of delivering large IT solutions (projects) in any CPG industry.
• Ability to build effective working relationships quickly, across multiple cultures & geographies, from Business Analyst through to Vice President
• Experience delivering through and managing external vendors
• Working knowledge and experience in Project Budget management
