The role offers early client responsibility, high-profile case work, and a merit-based pathway to partnership.

Located in a modern top-floor office in the Financial District with panoramic city views, this hybrid role balances flexibility and collaboration, requiring three days in-office weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-value securities litigation cases, including securities fraud and shareholder derivative actions valued between $5 million and $50 million.

• Draft critical legal documents such as complaints, motions to dismiss, and appellate briefs, aligned with the latest 2025 SEC regulations and SDNY court requirements.

• Conduct depositions of corporate officers and financial experts, crafting precise questions to uncover key evidence.

• Perform detailed legal research on securities laws, including FINRA rules, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and Dodd-Frank regulations, to develop case strategies.

• Prepare trial materials including jury instructions and exhibit lists to support lead counsel.

• Review SEC filings and compliance reports, drafting opinions that guide litigation and settlement decisions.
