👩🏻‍💻 Role: Partner (Commercial Litigation)
Acting as principal attorney managing and overseeing deals and important client relationshipsManage and oversee matters from inception to resolution, leveraging your experience and insightsHelp build out and grow the commercial litigation practice areaRepresent clients in court hearings, trials and negotiations, etc..Create and implement case and trial strategies, maintaining a robust plan for each case and adjust when necessaryCraft well-reasoned and compelling arguments for pleadings, motions, and settlements, and other legal documentsContributing to increasing firm efficiency and development of processes and procedures
💼Requirements:
⏳A minimum of 8 years of experience in Commercial Litigation practice area🎓Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school🌟Must hold an active license in the state of California. At least one additional license is preferred🤝Demonstrated expertise in managing complex cases and supervising junior legal staff💰 Consecutive book of business of US$ 500,000 or more❤️ Empathetic with a strong desire to help others
