CyberCoders is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Audit Associate to lead and manage audit engagements for diverse clients, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial statements. This role is ideal for a proactive audit professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of auditing procedures and standards and is passionate about guiding junior staff while maintaining high-quality client relationships.
The Senior Audit Associate will oversee the full audit cycle—from planning to completion—conducting risk assessments, developing and executing audit plans, reviewing audit reports, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The role involves mentoring junior staff, fostering their professional development, and providing leadership throughout the audit process. Strong client communication is key, as you will regularly present findings, discuss recommendations, and address client concerns effectively.
The position offers an opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, combining both in-office collaboration and flexible work arrangements. Professionals with a strong background in public accounting and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite will excel in this position. CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Lead and manage audit engagements from initiation to finalization.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and design audit plans tailored to client requirements.
Supervise, mentor, and support junior audit staff in their assignments and career development.
Review, analyze, and finalize audit reports and financial statements.
Maintain effective communication with clients, presenting findings and actionable recommendations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and professional standards.
