The CPA firm offers a partnership progression track, making this role especially attractive to candidates who are ambitious and career-focused. Candidates can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. (except NY, CA, MI, or MT), while those local to Austin may choose to work onsite as desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external audit engagements for diverse clients.

• Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.

• Mentor and guide junior audit staff, contributing to their professional growth.

• Collaborate with partners and senior leaders on strategic client initiatives and firm development.

Qualifications

• CPA License (Required).

• Previous experience with a reputable CPA firm specializing in external audits.

• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, auditing standards, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting deadlines.
