Senior Business Analyst

Description:

HSK Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term onsite opportunity based in Atlanta, GA. This position is open strictly to local candidates from Georgia, and we welcome candidates with valid work authorizations including H1B, H4 EAD, and U.S. Citizens.

The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering to support strategic projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including technical developers, QA, and business stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements gathering sessions and translate them into functional specifications.

• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.

• Develop use cases, process flow diagrams, and business requirement documents (BRDs).

• Conduct gap analysis and assist in testing and validation of deliverables.

• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring smooth communication.

• Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise-level environments.

• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to conduct interviews and facilitate stakeholder meetings.

• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and business process modeling.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
