📋 Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Data/Business Analytics with increasing scope.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level SQL and hands-on experience with Python or R for automation.
- Tools: Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau) and Cloud Platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Diagnostics.
- Agile Mindset: Comfortable writing Epics and User Stories in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior business leaders to define success metrics and analytical frameworks.
- Advanced Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis on large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Executive Visualization: Design and own executive-level dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
- Technical Collaboration: Work with Data Engineers and Scientists to guide solution design and ensure data integrity.
- Mentorship: Lead junior analysts and establish best practices for documentation and analysis.
