Senior Cloud Program Manager

Description:

HII’s Mission Technologies Division is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Program Manager to lead, develop, and execute project plans for a U.S. Air Force AWS cloud-based program. This includes integrating Zero-trust enabled, data-centric, coalition information-sharing functionality to DoD components, allies, and interagency partners. The role requires significant experience in cloud-based deployments, managing infrastructure in a FedRamp+ environment, and technical team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in cloud platforms hosted in a FedRAMP+ environment.

• Manage procurement and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

• Lead the technical team to implement Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), automated testing, cloud services, microservices, and container-based environments.

• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Ensure all security and regulatory compliance requirements are met.

• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience; 4+ years in managing cloud-based projects.

• 4+ years of experience in DoD or Federal Government environments.

• Experience managing multiple complex cloud-based projects and in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements for cloud solutions.

• Active Secret Clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or similar certificates.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $131,258.00 - $206,000.00 (based on experience and other factors)
