Key Responsibilities:
Lead acquisitions and dispositions of $50M+ office, retail, and multifamily transactions.
Draft and negotiate leasing documents, SNDAs, estoppels, and amendments.
Advise clients on sales, financings, tax strategies, 1031 exchanges, and debt placements.
Navigate permitting, zoning, and environmental compliance for developments.
Mentor junior attorneys and cultivate client relationships to accelerate partnership.
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial real estate law.
Ability to manage complex transactions end-to-end.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and client advisory skills.
Leadership and mentorship experience desired.
