Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead acquisitions and dispositions of $50M+ office, retail, and multifamily transactions.

  • Draft and negotiate leasing documents, SNDAs, estoppels, and amendments.

  • Advise clients on sales, financings, tax strategies, 1031 exchanges, and debt placements.

  • Navigate permitting, zoning, and environmental compliance for developments.

  • Mentor junior attorneys and cultivate client relationships to accelerate partnership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate law.

  • Ability to manage complex transactions end-to-end.

  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and client advisory skills.

  • Leadership and mentorship experience desired.
