Senior Director

Description:

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy and Execution to enhance the operational effectiveness of the SVP of Global Expansions. This role is strategic and highly proactive, aimed at ensuring seamless communication, task and project management, organizational collaboration, and the execution of high-level strategic initiatives.

The Senior Director will synthesize complex information into impactful presentations, provide strategic insights, and oversee departmental strategies while managing 1–2 direct reports and up to 10 indirect reports. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, advanced communication capabilities, and a proven track record in global pharmaceutical or biotechnology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between SVP Global Expansions and internal/external stakeholders.

• Facilitate senior-level staff meetings and alignment across teams.

• Monitor and ensure timely progress on SVP-initiated projects and tasks.

• Provide strategic insights, process improvement recommendations, and oversee strategy execution.

• Develop clear, engaging presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Build and maintain strong organizational relationships to foster alignment and teamwork.

• Operate autonomously with a high degree of decision-making authority.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 15+ years of experience in leadership roles, including chief of staff or executive support positions.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech industry regulations and value chain.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and maintain discretion with confidential matters.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
